Chagrin Valley Engineering, Ltd. is located in the Village of Oakwood, Ohio and was founded in 1996 in response to the dynamic changes taking place in the civil and environmental engineering professions. The firm serves public and private clients and provides a wide array of services including site development work and land surveying, as well as specialized services including wetland delineation and permitting, ecological restoration, stormwater management, and noise barrier design. We believe that civil engineering and surveying services can be provided with the interest of the client in mind, not the one size fits all mentality typically found in project design. We look at solutions that will provide a quality and functional project and meet the long-term goals and financial resources of the client.

Our role as Municipal Engineers allows us to develop road, storm sewer, and wastewater and waterline improvement programs for the communities we serve and other communities who need projects designed and monitored on an as-needed basis. These project solutions take into account many of the items that are important to residents and municipal representatives such as construction disturbance, access to homes and businesses during construction, minimizing loss of trees and landscaping, and of course, providing a value-engineered project.
