Chagrin Valley Engineering Ltd. is excited to announce new partners to the organization.

On January 1, 2021 CVE added Beth Fulton, PE CMQ/OE and Jim Shea, PE, PTOE to the ownership team.

Beth Fulton, PE, CMQ/OE

Beth Fulton has over 28 years of professional planning, design and project management experience in the transportation engineering field. Her extensive background of active project management with a focus on problem solving, responsive and effective communication, and an emphasis on quality makes her a natural fit for CVE’s ownership team.

 
 
 
Jim Shea

Jim Shea

Jim Shea, PE, PTOE

Jim Shea has provided engineering design services on numerous urban roadway reconstruction, roadway reconfiguration projects, traffic signal upgrades and ADA designs throughout Ohio during his 14 years as an engineer. As a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer, Jim has considerable experience in traffic analysis. He provides expertise in traffic engineering that compliments CVE’s large municipal client base of needed services. As a partner, Jim will work closer with existing clients as well as work to develop new clients and services.

 

Beth and Jim are both active in numerous professional organizations, which promotes CVE as leaders and stewards within the engineering profession as well as being mentors to younger engineers.
