Chagrin Valley Engineering Ltd. has added another talented engineer and leader in the transportation industry to the CVE team.

Beth Fulton comes to CVE with over 27 years of professional planning, design and project management experience in the transportation engineering field.

She has served as a Project/Program Manager, Quality Design Manager and Utility Coordinator on a variety of transportation projects throughout Ohio.

Beth’s experience includes expertise with traditional and innovative project delivery methods, including the LPA process and On-Call Task Order contracts with County, State and Local agencies. Her extensive background managing projects through all stages of development has provided her the ability to see the big picture and take a practical approach to project implementation for her clients. She couples this experience with a personal commitment to project delivery and a reputation for providing responsive and effective communication.

Her varied expertise includes environmental documentation and management, transportation studies including alternative development and evaluation, roadway design and plan development, QA/QC reviews and utility and railroad coordination. Beth’s expertise will allow CVE to provide their clients both private and public with superior service in the transportation design industry.

Beth is a member of Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) and serves on the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) Board and American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Liaison and Transportation Committees.
