Chagrin Valley Engineering Ltd. has added another talented engineer and leader in the transportation industry to the CVE team. 

Cindy Peck comes to CVE with over 24 years of study, design and project management experience from serving as a Project Manager and Traffic Engineer on a variety of transportation projects. 

She has worked with transportation agencies at the county, state, and local levels in both urban and rural settings implementing critical infrastructure improvements.

Cindy’s expertise includes transportation planning and roadway, roundabout and lighting design, her area of focus is traffic engineering. She has performed capacity, level of service and cost-benefit analyses, developed feasibility, traffic impact, safety and interchange justification studies and designed pedestrian crossings, maintenance of traffic, signing/pavement marking plans and traffic signal/system improvements, including city-wide signal upgrades and accompanying cost estimates for these designs.

Cindy has a tremendous amount of experience in northeast Ohio, and we were fortunate to be able to add someone with her level of expertise to our firm to both complement and augment our current traffic capabilities.

She has also managed traffic count programs, developed volume projections and completed signal warrants in support of traffic-related project initiatives. She couples this experience with a personal commitment to project delivery and a reputation for providing responsive and effective communication.    

She is a frequent presenter at traffic and transportation conferences, sharing her technical knowledge on a variety of relevant topics in the field. 

Cindy is an active member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE), Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) and American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE).
