Chris Preto, P.E., MBA, ENV SP, LEED AP BD+C
Chagrin Valley Engineering Ltd. welcomes another transportation industry leader to the firm.
Chris Preto, P.E., MBA, ENV SP, LEED AP BD+C, will assume Client and Project Manager roles within CVE’s Transportation practice.
He brings a wealth of knowledge to our company with experience in transportation including design and project management, strategic partnering, relationship development and technical proposal development. Chris has served as Project and Technical Manager for studies, task order contracts, roadways including urban corridors, interstates and interchanges, roundabouts, bridges, utilities, tunnels and construction services. His project execution duties have included team management, design guidance and QA/QC stakeholder coordination, client management and project administration.
With his hands-on experience in Roadway Design, Chris will contribute extensive technical guidance to our Transportation practice as well as expand client relationships as a result of his past experience with the City of Cleveland, the City of Berea, Cuyahoga County and other local municipalities, and multiple Districts with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT).
Chris holds a Masters of Business Administration in Project Management from Northern Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ohio University. He is an active member of the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE), the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) and Municipal Engineers Association of Northeast Ohio (MEANEO).
