CVE HIRES ADDITIONAL STAFF PROFESSIONALS

In a continued effort to maintain the high standard of service for our clients, CVE is excited to announce the hiring of four professionals providing a wide range of support and service.

The most recent hire was Stanley D. Kosilesky.  Stan is a registered professional engineer with over 30 years of experience in Financing and Project Management of Federal, State, Regional, County and Local Projects.  From his years working for Cuyahoga County Engineer's Office/Department of Public Works as Assistant Director of Planning, Project Manager, Chief Deputy Engineer and Planning and Finance Administrator, he brings additional working knowledge of the state and local resources to fund municipal infrastructure projects.

Part of Stan's role at the County was to represent the Cuyahoga County Engineer’s Office/Department of Public Works at the District One Public Works Integrating Committee (DOPWIC) meetings, Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency Board and various Subcommittee meetings, the Cuyahoga County’s Council Meetings, the Cuyahoga County’s Board of Control Meetings and the Public Works Subcommittee of County Council.  These contacts and knowledge of the organizations processes will be valuable to CVE's continued efforts to secure local, state and federal funding for our municipal clients.

Meiring Borcherds was hired to coordinate the storm water management program for each of CVE's municipal clients as well as providing design assistance for private clients to complete storm water pollution prevention plans.  Meiring has more than 18 years of experience in land and water conservation and preservation programs on three different continents.  He has worked on a number of stormwater, stream restoration, and educational projects over the years with government and non-government agencies alike.

He has co-authored a number of articles, websites and stormwater manuals with a focus on land-use planning for protecting surface water and public health.  Recently he has turned his focus to the Cuyahoga River Areas of Concern focusing on the complex issues surrounding this watershed and its land-use.

CVE hired Matthew Stroh and Bryan Nero earlier this summer.  These recent graduates come in time to assist with the increased workload of our ever expanding client list.  Matt comes to CVE as a recent graduate from Ohio Northern University and Bryan as a recent graduate from the University of Akron.
