City Of Macedonia Opens New Connector Road
The City of Macedonia is recently constructed and opened a new publicly owned access road connecting the Golden Link shopping center to State Route 8.
This project is being funded through a property tax assessment to the businesses located within the shopping center.
In their role as municipal engineering consultants, Chagrin Valley Engineering Ltd. (CVE), provided the City with the method of assessment, environmental permitting, right-of-way dedication plat, improvement plans, public bidding services, and construction engineering.
This new road will reduce traffic congestion along nearby State Route 82, by providing a redundant access for customers and emergency personnel alike, and provide an economic benefit to the nearby businesses.
